Roti sosej cream crackers

Fuh, siap sudah roti sosej cream crackers saya pagi ni. Witra ada hari sekolah hari ni di tadika. Roti sosej ni senang je nak buat, bahan-bahanya adalah roti (yg di gelek nipis),telur 2 biji saiz A untuk 20 keping roti,sosej,dan biskut cream crackers yg di mesin hancur. Cara ye senang je,letak sosej, opss lupa sedikit tepung dan air untuk lekatkan roti dan letak campuran tepung di hujung roti. Then, salutkan dgn telur dan serbuk biskut tadi. Goreng dgn api yg sederhana dan selamat mencuba!

lose 1 kg in 1 week. What i've done?

  1. tgh malam workout 12 minit pakai video eksesais
  2. malam2 no2 rice (makan buah bersama sokongan suami yg turut makan buah sahaja)
  3. monitor kalories intake
  4. belajar tahan stress, sbb susah nak nafsu makan sebenarnya
  5. ohohoh perjalanan yg terlalu jauh lagi, berkilo2 tan mau buang ini, tapi its normal? bila kita lepas makan berat kita naik?
